Maintenance of your Kiddimoto wooden balance bike
CAUTION - Before each ride ensure:
- The handlebar and rubber rings are correctly positioned.
- The tyres have no tears or splits in them.
- The wheels rotate freely.
- Ensure that the foam on the seat and tank is in place.
- Each wheel axle bolt is tight and secure.
- That the steering bolts are tight, secure and not turning.
- That your Kiddimoto balance bike has no cracks/splits or suspicious wear and tear.

If there are any chips or bare areas caused by wear and tear, it is a good idea to patch these up using paint or wax to protect the wood. Regularly inspect your Kiddimoto balance bike for damage of this sort to keep it in tiptop condition.
Some simple tips for keeping your wooden ride ons for toddlers like new:- After a wet ride out, wipe the Kiddimoto wooden balance bike dry.
- Never leave your Kiddimoto outside in the rain or sun.
- If your Kiddimoto is used in sand clean the sand from the axles.
- Never leave your Kiddimoto balance bike against a fire or radiator or any other heat source.

- Do touch up any chipped paint before it gets beyond repair.
