How much does delivery cost?
Delivery in the UK is FREE for all balance bikes, helmets, gloves and spare parts.
Delivery costs outside the UK depend on the destination country and the weight of the parcel. The table below gives an illustration of delivery costs for bikes, helmets and gloves. Note that there is no delivery charge for a helmet and gloves if ordered with a Kiddimoto balance bike.
A precise calculation of your delivery costs is shown on the Checkout page before you pay - please take care to check this so you are aware of the costs before completing your purchase.

How long does delivery take?
Kiddimoto will dispatch your order within 7 days of taking it.
Generally, we aim to despatch your order within 24 hours. Personalisation can take up to 5 days. We aim to deliver within the UK the next working day, to France, Germany, Italy and Spain within 4 working days, and to all other destinations within 5 working days.
These delivery times are not guaranteed. If you have specific delivery requirements, please do Contact Us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Does my delivery need to be signed-for?
Yes, you will need to sign for your delivery. On the Checkout page there is a box where you can give additional delivery instructions - for example you can instruct the driver to leave your delivery with a neighbour.
Can I return my bike?
You can return your bike by contacting us within 7 days of receiving your order. It will really help us to improve our service to customers if you let us know why you are returning the bike. A bike can be returned even after is has been removed from packaging and assembled, as long as everything is as good as new and has not been used. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Please also note our Terms & Conditions.
