Making a Contract

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will email you to confirm that we accept your order and a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order.

Your Rights to Cancel

You can cancel your order at anytime up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please contact us by email to : info@kiddimoto.co.uk or by post to the above address.

Should you cancel, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the goods were defective or misdescribed. You must have taken reasonable care of the goods and not used them.

Please ensure that you include all the packaging with the goods. If you cancel within the 7-day period we will refund the full cost of the item within 30 days. You do not have to give us a reason for the cancellation however a brief explanation will help improve the service we offer customers in the future.

Important:  Your right to cancel does NOT apply if you have personalised a bike or helmet by putting a name or number on it.
