Making a Contract

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. Once we have checked the price and availability of the bikes, we will email you to confirm that we accept your order, and a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order.

Your Rights to Cancel

You can cancel your order at anytime up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please contact us by email to : info@kiddimoto.co.uk or send a letter to above address. Should you cancel, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the goods were defective or misdescribed. Please ensure that you include all the packaging with the goods. If you cancel within this period we will refund the full cost of the item within 30 days. You do not have to give us a reason for the cancellation however a brief explanation will help improve the service we offer customers in the future.

NB: If your order is for a personalised bike by putting names or number on it, you will waive the right to cancel.

Delivery

Kiddimoto will delivery within 21 days of accepting your order.
