  • Is My Payment Data Secure?

    Yes it is. We do not store any credit card information and our staff do not have access to your card number or any other payment details. Our payment partner, Stripe, uses the most stringent level of PCI compliance to process our orders. We also use a 256-bit (2048 bit-key) SSL certificate to process orders.

  • How Do I Reset My Password?

    Head over to and enter in your username or email address that your account is registered to and hit the ‘Reset Password’ button. You will be sent a reset password email, this can take a few minutes so please be patient.

  • Do I Have to Create An Account to Make an Order?

    No, not at all. Complete the order process as normal, by not ticking the ‘Create Account’ checkbox your order will be processed as a guest. If you do wish to create an account simply tick the ‘Create Account’ to easily store your details for your next purchase.
